Staging, Inc. was conceived in June, 2000 in West Palm Beach. Following a trend began 25 years ago by a Californian Realtor; Staging found that there was a market for their décor services as a way to enhance properties offered for sale, and began leasing decorated models.
Local Realtors, builder, investors, and sellers in South Florida are relative newcomers to the benefits of staging homes for sale. With the recent advent of "makeover TV", featuring many shows on staging homes, staging has gained recognition as a valuable marketing tool.
Staging, Inc. is the oldest company in South Florida offering presentation models leased by the month. Staging now has three warehouses containing all styles of furniture, antiques, and impressive accessories. Staging, Inc. always delivers professionalism, value, and an exceptional product -- that sells homes.
